When you know the true nature of who you are.. life envelops you with a blanket of grace and ease✨
It is a skill in itself to learn how to navigate our human spacesuit ~ also called having a body.
I remember when I first stumbled upon the Vedic teachings 📜 I was so relived as I felt I found a user manual of how to navigate all the aspects of being a human.
In the Vedic teachings ~ the source scriptures of Hinduism and Buddhism ~ they describe our different koshas ~ or bodies. We have more than one body.
We have several energy and subtle bodies. We have energy systems connected to our energy field, we have a mental body and an emotional body just to name a few. All these systems are holistically connected.
When we believe we ARE our thoughts, feelings and emotions life easily becomes chaotic as you identify with everything.
When we understand that we have the power within us to shift everything in a heartbeat ~ life becomes magical and filled with fun..
So then what are we really? If we are not all those things?
We are the witness awareness that pervades everything ~ the soul matter 🌟 The light being that shines through.. consciousness that moves in an through all densities and realities✨🌟✨
We are the stillness that pervades the void. The love that is the glue and the fabric that holds this universe together.
We are that which never dies ~ ever present ~ we just change form from one expression to another✨🌟✨🦋🐠🐬🐛🐸🦜
