I am not fanatical about anything when it comes to routines. Except this one ~ grounding..
When you put your feet 🦶 flat on mama Gaya you release stagnant negative forcefields from your body, earth absorbs the toxicity and transforms it✨ you also pull in negative ions which are crucial for your health.
You find negative ions in high amounts in forests, around waterfalls, by the sea 🌊
The earth and the plant and the forest and the trees heals you, they heal your body, spirit and being from accumulated toxicity, negativity and dark matter. This is one of the reasons you feel uplifted after a forest walk 🌳
If you walk around on plastic soles of your shoes and on asphalt all day long you start to accumulate toxic charge inside of your body, when this happens over longer periods of time you stagnate the energy field which then leads to sickness and physical problems in your body.
