I received this message in a meditative state from a being that called herself Wisdom Sage from the Avalon Church 💒 and I’ve been thinking about what it actually means.
What does it mean to watch your frequencies? To me it has definitely meant to not fall into any loopholes put before us from mainstream media and staying away from all the fear-mongering propaganda!!
Fear is thick in the air these days and if you truly want to be a lightworker✨ and a beacon of light in a difficult time, then watch your frequency!
Make sure you are a high vibrational being. Stay away from anything or anyone that pulls your energy down too much. Stay high. Do things that make you happy. Remember to breathe tons of fresh beautiful crisp air. That is your birthright✨🍃✨
Stop asking for permission and be yourself ~ fully.. laugh, sing, enjoy.. shut the negativity of the world out of your field.. at least for a while so you can fully breathe..
Eat high vibrational foods, drink purified crystalline water. Bathe with salts that pull negativity from your field and fills you with charged ions. Make sure to put your feet 🦶 flat on the soil of mama Gaya for grounding..
And as Wisdom Sage so beautifully said; free your minds from any impostures from the other side..
There is a war right now over our minds.. make sure you choose love over fear.. by living it.. that IS one of the biggest ways we all contribute in these challenging times✨🌌✨
